ifCEM (Intelligent Framework for Contract & Entity Management) is an AI-powered platform for contract analysis, data processing, and workflow automation.
Built on AWS Amplify Gen 2 with AI agent orchestration, ifCEM provides enterprise-grade document processing and analytics.
Beta Access Onboarding
1. Sign up with your business email
2. Verify your email address via the code sent to your inbox
3. Complete your profile setup (name, company, role)
4. Review and electronically sign the Beta NDA
5. Access your workspace and start exploring
Note: Beta users must complete the NDA signing process. The signed PDF is securely stored in your private S3 storage with full audit trail.
Your Workspace Overview
After onboarding, you'll access a modern, tab-based workspace:
Dashboard Tab:
• View key metrics (files, rows, storage)
• Monitor AI assistant status
• See recent activity timeline
• Access quick actions
Resources Tab:
• Upload files via drag-and-drop
• Connect to APIs (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• View your dataset catalogue
• Monitor upload activity
Workflows Tab:
• Browse workflow templates
• Create automated data processing pipelines
• Monitor workflow execution
AI Assistant:
• Available in 3 layouts (bottom, right, hidden)
• Context-aware help
• Conversation memory
Quick Start: Upload Your First File
1. Go to the Resources tab
2. Select 'Connect' sub-tab
3. Drag and drop a CSV or Excel file
4. System automatically detects structure and platform
5. View your dataset in 'My Datasets' sub-tab
6. Create a workflow in the Workflows tab
7. Monitor execution and view results
Note: Excel files with multiple sheets open a special processing modal where you can configure each sheet individually.
System Health Monitoring
The Dashboard displays real-time system health:
• AI Assistant: Online/Offline status with latency
• Data Processing: Ready/Busy status
• Storage Usage: Visual progress bar
• All systems update automatically via AppSync
