Acceptance

By accessing or using IFCEM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use IFCEM on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Pilot and engagement access

IFCEM engagement may begin through use-case discovery, guided demonstration, or an approved pilot programme. Public self-service account signup is not offered on the website today.

Pilot features, limits, and availability may change. We may modify or discontinue pilot tiers with reasonable notice where required by law.

Approved pilot access may be subject to separate terms. An NDA may apply where we separately agree in writing.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass governance, security, or access controls.
• Upload malicious code or use the service to generate unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated outputs require human review. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and may close your account through product settings where offered. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
