The ifCEM Trust Centre explains what we claim today about governance, audit trails, accountability, and data handling — and what we do not claim without evidence.
Governance before execution
ifCEM checks context, policies, permissions, and confidence before AI-supported work progresses. The Supervisor governs; workers execute within approved boundaries.
Audit trails and accountability
Decisions can be logged with reasoning, evidence, and policy checks. Human review remains available for sensitive or uncertain steps.
Data handling position
Workspace data is governed by workspace rules. ifCEM limits what information is used, checks whether access is allowed, and records decisions. Infrastructure runs in the Australian AWS region (ap-southeast-2). We do not claim certified Privacy Act compliance or onshore-only residency as a current product certification.

Frequently asked questions
- Does ifCEM certify Privacy Act compliance?
- No. ifCEM is designed for privacy-conscious Australian organisations with governance and audit controls. Formal compliance certification is not claimed on this site.
- Where is ifCEM hosted?
- Production infrastructure uses AWS in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region. We describe this as Australian region infrastructure, not Melbourne-local hosting.
